Description Black and white photo of Adolph Coors Jr speaking to Frances Wayne from the Denver Post about the plot to kidnap him for ransom. Adolph Coors Jr. is seated on the right and Frances Wayne is seated on the left outside the Coors home near Golden, CO. When police uncovered the plot to kidnap Mr. Coors, Mr. Coors agreed to permit the plotters scheme to be carried out in an attempt to catch the criminals. Frances Wayne, was the feature writer of the Denver Post. Photo caption from news story is atached to the back of the photo.
