Description Black and white photograph of two parade floats from Duvall-Davison Lumber Co. (Yesterday and Today) for the first Golden Days Parade in Golden, CO. The Today float on the left comprises a Packard flatbed truck with a model of a modern home on the back with a stucco exterior and a tile roof. A banner around the truck say, Cowboy The Town is Yours, Duvall-Davison Lumber Co. A man with a cap is seated in the passengers side of the truck cab. The Yesterday float on the right comprises a horse-drawn flat bed trailer. A model cabin made out of slabs sits on the flatbead. Animal skins, a wolf, and a deer mount hang on the outside. Surrounding the cabin are pine boughs, a cooking tripod. Banner on the side of the trailer says Duvall-Davison Lumber Co. Yesterday. On top of the cabin another banner says A Board or a Bungalow. Richard Werber is seated in front of the cabin holding a rifle.
