|Description||Black and white photograph of the Everett Building with a sign on the front "R. Broad Jr." located at the corner of 12th Street and Washington Avenue. Eight white pillars line the front of the building with an awning attached to the top. A water fountain is located on the corner in front of the building which had drinking faucets for humans and for dogs. Mount Zion is in the background with the "M" on the side of the mountain. In the upper left hand corner: The Golden Savings Bank, Capital and Surplus $28,000. R. Broad, Jr. General Dry Goods, Golden, Colo, Bank and Store in same room. The building was occupied at one point by Lilly Langtree's Restaurant. Upper right hand corner: S1044.|
