Black and white photograph of the young child Willard Moore II perched atop the Golden Gate Toll Road marker at the dedication of the marker. Written on the photo it identifies the standing lady as Mrs M.W. Perkins, the daughter of Elisha Duncan. The picture was taken of the photo in a binder so there is another partial picture of an unidentified lady standing next to Willard Moore II standing in front of the GG Toll Road marker.
Willard Moore II is the great grandson of Alfred Tucker. Elisha Duncan and Alfred Tucker were the original operators of the Golden Gate Toll Road.
