Reproduction panoramic map of Golden, Colorado titled "Bird's Eye View of Golden, Colo. Co. Seat of Jefferson County. 1882". The map shows various landmarks of Golden and the surrounding scenery and land formations. Three smaller insets in the map show Golden Smelting Works, Miners Smelting Works, and Golden City Brewery, A. Coors. Beck and Pauli are listed as the lithographers from Milwaukee Wisconsin. Located below the map is a legend listing the various landmarks of Golden with the corresponding numbers on the map. There is a stamp in the lower left corner: Library of Congress, Copyright Oct. 14 1882, No. 17102, City of Washington. Back has a stamp that says the copy came from Image Trader out of Arizona, but was reproduced from the collections of the Library of Congress. Map has been laminated. |
