Margaret Duvall's scrapbook, created in 1924 when she was a student at Golden High School. The scrapbook is covered in maroon leather covers bound at spine by a black tie. In the center of the front cover is a white "G." The scrapbook contains signatures and well-wish notes from friends, athletic team competitions and scores, pages for daily journal or diary entries, and many photographs, all unidentified, of young ladies and young men. There are several photos of young men studying at the Colorado School of Mines. Also included are clippings of various young ladies selected as county "princesses" at the Industrial Exposition and Radio Show, including Margaret Duvall, who represented Jefferson County. The scrapbook measures 12.5" x 17" |
