Manuscript, "Marshall [sic] Cook Early Colorado Pioneer." A copy of a manuscript written by Colorado Pioneer Marshal Cook prior to his death in 1884. The manuscript was transcribed by an ancester, Susan Benton, in 2000. The original manuscript is held by the Colorado Historical Society. The manuscript is Marshal's historical account of the early days of Colorado and includes his conversations with many early players in the state, where they were, and what was said. |
