Installed Golden's first Edison electrical plant, provided gas in addition to electricity. By 1906 Golden's use of electrcity began to exceed capacity of the local plant so an arrangement was made with the Denver Gas & Electric company to supply current. Morrill sold business to E. A. Phinney and H. L. Woolfenden in 1915. Worked with Catain Berthoud as a civil engineer. |
