Onetime hotel and dining room located on Washington Avenue in Golden, Colorado. The hotel wasbuilt by Robert Berry in about 1925. Due to mismanagement the business would go through a number of reorganizations before getting transformed into the Cody Hotel by managers Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Sparks in 1932. The Cody Hotel would later become the LaRay Hotel. |
