Black and white photograph of Nels Coy wearing a Jefferson County Sheriff uniform. James Nelson Coy was elected as Jefferson County Constable for District #4 in 1956 and became a Deputy Sheriff in 1958 under Sheriff Carl Enlow. Became an accomplished artist and police investigator. |
