Black and white and white photograph of Conrad Gardner reading from a scroll at the podium during the Liberty Bell 50th Anniversary Ceremony held at City Hall in Golden, Colorado, on Armistice Day 1968. In front of the podium is the time capsule steel container. The ceremony included the dedication of the Golden Liberty Bell and the presentation of the Time Capsule to be opened in 2018. On back is handwritten, "Photo by Bob Duncan - Transcript Editor." |
