Black and white photograph of Colorado School of Mines Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) parade heading northwest on Washington Avenue pre-WWII. A loose dog runs out ahead of the formation. Streetcar tracks and overhead wire caqn be seen running through the middle of the street. On the right is the Foss Drug sign (in background) and the Alpine Drug sign (in foreground). American flags and parked cars line both sides of the road. |
