Provenance |
George was appointed Deputy Sheriff on January 1, 1960 by Sheriff Arthur Wermuth and attended the first law enforcement training academy that spring, graduating in time to participate in the investigation of the kidnapping and murder of Adolph Coors III. George was transferred to the jail and later to the Forensic Crime Lab where he worked until his death in 1987. |
