Color postcard of the Iron Horse Motel located at 17115 W. 44th Ave in Golden, Colorado. The photograph shows the motel located at the base of North Table Mountain. There is the main two story building for the motel on the left with the single floor motel building on the right side of the photograph. The two story building has a sign on the roof "Motel" and the single story building has a sign "Iron Horse Motel". There is a small pony tied to a white table by a white fence. Written on the back of the postcard: Iron Horse Motel; Colo. Hwy. 58, 17115 W. 44th Ave.; Golden, Colorado 80401; Phone 303 279-1071. Next to Colo. Railroad Museum & Coors Brewery. Take exit 64 from I-70 or Junction 58 from Hwy. 6. Located between North and South table mountains, 30 minutes from Central City, Idaho Springs, Buffalo Bill's Grave, Red Rocks Ampitheater, Colo.
