"Hair pants" or "woolies" were often worn in the northern plains especailly in the winter. Hair varieties included angora, buffalo, bear, or wolfhide. Belonged to George S. Green. Green purchased in 1915 and used on his ranch (Green Ranch) in Golden Gate Canyon from 1917-1962. Also worn by Emerett White. |
