Framed watercolor with pen and ink drawing of the Astor House by Jackie McFarland in about 1972. The landscape shows the back three quarters of the Astor House before it was converted into a museum. South Table Mountain is is visible on the left. A note from the artist is taped to the back thanking Orpha Pattridge for purchasing the work from Foothills Art Center in Golden. The price of $50 is also written on the back. |
