Description |
One large color exterior sign advertising Foss Drug Co. in Golden, CO. The sign was the main sign out of several which hung on the corner of 13th Street and Washington Avenue. It was created and installed in 1993 at the same time the entire Foss building was going through a major facade renovation. The sign hung in the same location until 2007 when it was taken down and slated for the landfill. It is believed that the signs were designed by Mark Oatis, of the firm Smith, Nelson, and Oatis, who was responsible for the rest of the facade renovation. |
